Sales Officer
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for selling our products and services to educational institutions, including primary schools, secondary schools, and colleges. This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers within the schools and ensuring that our solutions meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and Target Prospects: Research and identify potential school clients, including principals, administrators, and purchasing decision-makers.
• Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute effective sales plans to reach out to schools, pitch products and services, and achieve sales targets.
• Build Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with school administrators, educators, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and promote our offerings.
• Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products and services.
• Negotiate and Close Deals: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiating contracts and terms.
• Market Research: Stay updated with trends in the education sector, gather feedback from schools, and provide insights to the marketing and product development teams.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM or Office tools.
• Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to school/college post-sale, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
Education and Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education sector or a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of the education system, including purchasing cycles and decision-making processes within schools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft or Google Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
Note: Candidate should have own two-wheelers with valid driving license and visit institution (school/college) for marketing and sales of our product and services. Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed, depending on client availability.

- **Experience**: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the education sector or a similar industry. Prior experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, or field sales will be an added advantage.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Experience in developing and executing sales strategies to target specific customer groups.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Graduate/Junior FrontEnd Developer to join our team to assist in a range of existing and new projects. You will use your creative eye to design high-quality user interface for both web and mobile applications. You will be working with the latest web technologies and be mentored by the experts. We provide flexible working hours and an option to even work from home.
